• Folic Acid / Folate: An essential B-complex vitamin (Vitamin B9). Supplementation is recommended during childbearing years and pregnancy to promote healthy fetal development. Found in a variety of plant and animal foods.

• B-Complex: A group of water-soluble B vitamins with various functions in the body, such as energy production and red blood cell formation. Found in foods like meat, grains, and legumes.
