Customers may request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving the order.

Conditions for Exchange or Return

  • Returned with original box and packaging

  • Perfumes and skincare must remain sealed

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used skincare products

  • Any item that has been used or damaged

  • Special or discounted items (if applicable)

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
We will take full responsibility and offer a free exchange or return.

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos.

Shipping Fees

  • If exchange is due to change of mind:
    Customer covers shipping fees.

  • If the issue is from our side:
    We cover all shipping costs.
