Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location within Palestine and Jerusalem. Our team will contact customers to confirm shipping details if needed.

Payment is available upon delivery (Cash on Delivery) or through the available payment methods listed on the website.
If a customer refuses to accept an order without a valid reason after shipment, Cash on Delivery service may be restricted for future orders.
